Two Week Vegetarian Family Menu

Today I organized our rotating 2 Week Vegetarian Family Menu. I do this every once in awhile when I have time, but it's been awhile and I'm long overdue.

Download your copy of my Two Week Vegetarian Family Menu by clicking here. I hope it will inspire you to try a few new things, shake up your family menu, and maybe even create your own. Or use mine!

I LOVE your list. I definitely vote for a post of your shopping list and recipes. I am trying to do less meat but I do not like being in the kitchen at all so I do what I know instead of trying new things and experimenting. You are AWESOME!

first and foremost thanks for share the two week menu. it seems you and i have the same problem...trying to cook healthy without the gluten........

gluten free products are very expensive and to cut down on the cost I bout a cusinart bread maker...you can make your own pizza and bread gluten free and the machine does the work for you.

I love to cook obviously I have a cooking blog....but due to my auto immune disease which is progressing I have been working towards a no white diet....

As for video taping- you could video take - edit and then copy it to utube. You probably already know this but thought I would mention it.

thanks again.

Awesome! A cooking video is an awesome idea, just remember it takes up a ton of space and can load slow for people with older computers. We put a tutorial on our site for kit customers. We got the edited version down to less than 19 minutes, but it takes over 8 minutes to load, even on my fast computer. So, it might be a really cool thing for you to promote something like 10 minute dishes. (utube has a 10 min. limit) I know our standard vegetarian meals are a combo of several side type dishes. I know I am just rambling, but hopefully lending to your creative juices.

Yay for recipes. That would be awesome. The menu sounds great! Youtube or vidler would be great for videos. Go Marie!

You mean to tell me the Food Network does not already have a vegetarian chef!?!? Well I say you do it Marie! And I love the menu planning I hoping to do better at that myself. But you know it would make it much easier on me if you would include shopping lists and recipes! ;)

Be sure to cross post this in the Comments of my blog, so people can follow along! Also, I think you can do mini-movies with a camcorder and upload them onto YouTube. I'm thinking of doing a podcast on frugal living, myself. Oooo! You can be my guest host! That would ROCK.
